Vanilla & Strawberry

Strawberries. Fresh and tangy, ever so right for the warm, humid weather. What makes this dessert pop even more is the crunchy caramelised flakes layer right on top, as if it’s an upside down strawberry cheese cake, with the crust on top instead.

This dessert is made of layers of vanilla soft cake, custard mousse, chunks of fresh strawberries, caramelised flakes layer that is flavored with caramel.

Freezer: Up to 5 days (leave to thaw for 10-15mins before consumption)

Chiller: Best consumed by the next day
