Strawberries. Fresh and tangy, ever so right for the warm, humid weather. What makes this dessert pop even more is the crunchy almond cookie layer right on top, as if it’s an upside down strawberry cheese cake, with the crust on top instead.
This dessert is made of layers of vanilla soft cake, custard mousse, chunks of fresh strawberries, almond cookie layer that is flavored with caramel.
