Mango Passionfruit

Mango. Passion. Vanilla. Crust. Who can resist this combination? It is made more decadent and rich with the fresh mango and our unique custard mousse. Take a big mouthful with as many different components of the cakes as you can!

This dessert is made of layers of vanilla soft cake, custard mousse with mango (laced with lemon juice to prevent oxidation) and topped with chunks of almond lips.

Freezer: Up to 5 days (leave to thaw for 10-15mins before consumption)

Chiller: Best consumed by the next day
